Ambassador's Club
St. Paul High School’s Ambassadors Club is an honorary group of students chosen to represent St. Paul High School. Swordsmen Student Ambassadors are selected to promote school activities and represent the school at special events on campus and in the community. The organization is looking for students from diverse backgrounds and programs that demonstrate excellent communication skills and leadership potential. The Ambassadors provide resources and information about current programs and assist with recruitment activities. Events include Class and school visits, High School night presentations, the school hosted dinners, High School Nights at off-campus sights, specific tasks on Swordsmen Day, Meet and Greets, High School Placement Test and prep courses, Parent information nights, Registration day, Open House, and more. We will be selecting up to 5 applicants from the current Freshman, Sophomore, and Junior classes as part of the 2021-2022 Ambassadors Club.
Requirements – Expectations/Duties:
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, outgoing personality, and have pride in St. Paul High School
- MUST Partake in a minimum of 2 events per month
- Maintain a GPA above 2.5 or better throughout the school year
- Reliable transportation to and from events (can be parents)
- Availability for some evening and/or weekend event
- Mandatory bi-monthly lunch meetings
- Attendance at designated events
- Performs other duties as required
- Campus Tours (new student orientation, individual and group tour request)
- Special Assignments (setting up goody bags, photoshoots, etc.)
- Courtesy phone calls to prospective students
- Assist with creating new and innovative marketing strategies
